Service activities for clients are carried out at field locations in often very remote areas.  All the operational data can be recorded on an hourly or other basis and then plotted to identify trends.  The information can be recorded into the application even when the application is not connected to the internet, and then synced with the server at a later time.  This addresses the the issues with often unreliable internet connections in remote field locations.

Record Personnel Attendance

Attendance can be recorded for individual personnel so that they can be charged to the client.  There are separate sections for listing subcontracted and client personnel.

The agreed rates can be entered into OpsManager via its extensive admin interface.  Standard categories exist for (de-)mobilization, equipment rental, optional equipment, personnel, consumables and other charges.  The field supervisor can then track the daily charges to the client.

Daily and monthly field reports can be saved as a pdf file or printed, also when the application is not connected to the internet.
